Reservations can be made by emailing the hotel directly. Guests may also reserve their rooms online using the New England Marine Renewable Energy Center Group Code.

Each guest will guarantee their room with a credit card or deposit at the time of reservation. Payment will be required at check-in for each individual guest.
Individual Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their room reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
High Speed Internet Access: All guests will receive complimentary high speed internet access in their guestroom.
Parking/Transportation: There is ample free parking on the premises. The Crowne Plaza Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from TF Green Airport, which is located 2.32 miles from the hotel. The hotel is located 10 miles from downtown Providence and transportation can be provided by personal car or via taxi. Check at hotel reservation desk to arrange for cab pick up.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check in by 3PM and Check out by 11AM the day of departure. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged on a case by case basis and will be granted based on availability and additional charges may apply. Luggage can be stored on site for no charge for early arrivals and late departures.
Cut-Off Date: The guest room block for the New England MREC Conference will be held until September 29, 2012, or when the total room block is full, which ever happens earlier.
