To enable you to stay in comfort and style without completely breaking the bank, we have negotiated rates at two excellent hotels that are nearby the Microsoft NERD Center in Cambridge. You must make your own reservations/cancellations as per each hotel’s guidelines and you are of course welcome to find other accomodations if they better suit your needs.

$244 plus $14.5% tax and $6.95/day usage fee until October 10, 2011 3pm (EST) - after this time, rates and rooms are subject to the hotel's availability and prevailing rates

$229.00 plus 14.5% state and local tax until October 9, 2011 - there is a possibility that the hotel will extend the room rate after that time, but it is at their discretion
